No bin/cue file created ?!

Please help me!

What am i doing wrong?

DVD2SVCD did not produce any bin/cue file. do i have some setings not correct. I use VCDHeader.exe and my ini file has the right path
to TMPEnc.

Wrong forum. All Questions belong in basics.
Poor title. Forum rule 9 says do not use special characters in your title.
