instantcopy idiots guide

anybody got a idoits guide to this prog i have ripped ROMEO MUST DIE dvd in ISO AND FILE format with DVDDECRYPTER but that is as far as i can get.have i go to modify the iso file before trying to resize it and writing it with instantcopy.

just done two Dvds ROMEO MUST DIE and PERFECT STORM works a treat
