instant copy makes final dvd too big

after running the dvd throught dvd decrypter and then loading up instant copy, ive selected to removed all subs, directors comments and other audio files that are no good.

Also set to make the quality of a few extras a bit smaller so the main move can have better quality.

In the Bar at the bottom it appears green and says that the size is 4.31GB. Yet after doing all its work the final size comes out as 5GB way over 4.31GB.

Anyone know why its doing this

Unfortunatly, it has been determined that the size slider does not work very well for InstantCopy. It is pretty much trial and error

Now just take your results, move the slider to make it smaller and try again.

Yes, and it's the same the way around, if the final happens to be way below the 4,38GB... just trial and error... not nice when an average transcoding takes around 3 hours...
