Instantcopy and the Layer Break !?!?!

Ok so I was reading the long post about the Layer Break issue.

I find Instantcopy working very nice for me and I love it so far with some great results !!

Then I noticed the post about the Layer Break and got a bit worried !

Before I go on and backup some more movies I would really want to know this :

So if that break is present will I get problems ??
Do I have to remove it or my DVD-Player will hang when reaching the Layer Break ??

Or can I just leave it as it is ?
