I think you might have to keep the menus at 100% for Shrek...and thats a lot of menus.

Sometimes DVD makers put too much into the menus...its cute and all, but takes too much time to get through.

Have you stripped anything out?, if you have you may have stripped out something it's looking for, ie copyright warnings, trailers, fancy intros etc, so that's why it's freezing

If you haven't stripped anything then instantCopy obviously has some issues with Shrek

When I got problems regarding menus or pausing it's normally when I've used InstantCopy for stripping

now I strip unwanted extras with ifoedit 1st making sure everything still works in PowerDVD

then I use InstantCopy and keep the menu at a reasonably high percentage 60% so far seems to be ok for me regarding extras & menus

this is what I will do in the future as for a few minutes work you can save hours of re-encoding & coasters

Shrek is one of those "akward" movies. God bless it.

Best of luck.

dun4cheap, what if anything did you remove from shrek disc2? What percent did you use, and how did it turn out? Does that "Disc 2" video come at the start (it really bothers me)?
