Using DVD2ONE - should you not be able to add a menu by finding how big the menu is and having DVD2ONE make the movie's vts's small enough in size to simply add the menu vob to final Nero project??? When I tried this - DVD2ONE of course made vts_6_1 thru vts_6_5 smaller in size and named them vts_1 thru vts_4 along with new Video ifo & bup as well as new vts_1 ifo & bup --- I loaded those into Nero and then added the vts_6_0 vob (the menu) and tried to burn -- no go --- tried other variations like re-numbering and such -- still no luck ---- How do you include a working menu with DVD2ONE project????? Also tried re-doing new vts with ifoedit but I may not have done it correctly - any help figuring out how to include a menu??

That's because your .ifo files need changing to reflect the fact that there is a menu there. You must have a VTS_01 title set otherwise it willl not play - but if you change the main movie to VTS_01 the main menu will not work. (its all to do with the .ifo files). You need to follow the same procedure as MakeitEasy -
I assume from your post that the original menu file is called VTS_06_0.VOB.
1. You will need to keep the original VTS_01 title set so depending on its size you will need to redo your DVD2One run allowing for this and the menu szie. Put these files in a folder like /NEW
2. Backup ALL the original files in a new folder and keep them safe (/BACKUP)
3. Delete the old VTS_06_xx VOB files only from your source folder - I will call it /SOURCE (not the .ifo and .bup and menu file!) from your source folder together with all the other titles you are not keeping - but you must keep the VTS_01 set!
3. Copy your new VTS_06_xx title set (just the VOB files!) into your /SOURCE folder
4. Run IfoUpdate in Adjusted cell mode. You need to set the Original .ifo path as the /SOURCE folder and the authored as the /NEW folder, in each case the VTS_06_0.IFO files. This will update the VTS_06_0.IFO in the /SOURCE folder to make it work with the new VOB's
5. Play on you PC player to check it works, correct your VTS sectors and the jobs a good'en for burning.
