Instant Copy WARNING - Check you have v 7.0.0.91 before you buy

Its clear from other posts that many of you (like me) have bought the full retail version and ended up with v7.0.0.80. I have been through a medieval siege with Pinnacle today trying to get this resolved. It looks like the old version has been shipped in both Europe and US so my advice is wait awhile before you buy until you are assured of getting the latest version (or insist on checking the disc first which is difficult if you are buying through e-store!).

They have promised to get the v7.0.0.91 patch on the Pinnacle site in the next few days - in the meantime I would suggest you stick with the demo so you can do title selection and be assured of a (less) bug ridden version.

Thanks for doing the legwork for many of us. When/if that upgrade is released then all things will be cherry. Hope you get your new version soon DVD Maniac.

No probs - that's what a forum's all about!

Its a shame that Pinnacle (and other sw vendors) cannot seem to get this release stuff done properly. This is what we get for "lean" management - the consumers become part of the customer service resource. Great isn't it.
