subtitles turn off automatically

I reauthored this dvd that uses button over video using scenarist. I all works perfectly execpt for one thing. When the button is pressed you go to an other vts set for some extras. After the extra you return to the main movie. When I return the subtitle with the button over video is switched off. I have to manually turn it on again. In the original this is not the case offcourse.

Is it possible to overcome this? Can I add user restrictions in my scenarist project (will this work) Or can I manually edit the ifo file to do this?

on the original disc, there is a PGC for the movie as normal, and a PGC for the Movie + Button Over Video, and when coming back to the Movie, instead of going to the 'normal' PGC, it comes back to the Button Over Video one.

This is not the fact for this movie. It has only one PGC. When using button over video. It returns to this pgc and a certain cell ofcourse to continue.

I might try to add a precommand to the pgc selecting the subtitle stream
