dvd2svcd with TMPGEnc encodes with 100 CQ

Hi all,
since upgrading to 1.1.1b2 (now 1.1.2b1) the calculated Constant Quality from TMPGEnc's testing process is ignored and CQ 100 is used when encoding of the full movie starts. Whether I use an ifo or an avi file doesn't make a difference. Does anyone have a similar problem or a solution for me?
