Frameserving with VFAPI

Hi, just trying the new version of DVD2SVCD and it is failing at the muxing part with "cannot locate Pulldown.....mpv". Now, what I'm doing is encoding with Procoder frameserved with VFAPI and notice that the .avi being created is called 15TSC.mpv.avi, which when pulldown is being executed is looking for a different file "Encoded_TMPG...." which is not there ofcourse. Tried to re-name the file and re-do pulldown but I guess pulldown does not read the AVI file. There are more problems but lets get this one sorted out first.

@DVD2SVCD - Actually I just noticed that it does put the right name in the encoder window but then DVD2SVCD is typeing some other stuff that screws up the writing in the input fields. What version of procoder did you test with?

Gawd Darnit, that's right. I never did test The ProCoder with a NTSC movie. Stupid me. :(

Woops, hehe :) Ok, let us know when or if your going to get it working for us in the NTSC world.

P.S. my other problem was with running it with Link2 and the encoder not being able to find the file. Could be related, not looking for the proper link2 file. ?

Now, that is weird, because I have tested it with Link2.

Just tested it with Link2 + NTSC and it worked all the way through without problems. You can see the version of ProCoder in the readme.txt file.

??? Ok, I'll have to check my versions and try on my home PC.

My version of procoder is 1.01.08. I'll have to see if I can get 1.01.35.

I just tried a small PAL episode ( A 22min Simpsons episode) with the Procoder option (Procoder 1.01.35 ) and all I got was an enormouse (>4 gig, was expecting 740meg) 14??.d2v.avi file that bbMPEG could not continue with it.

I just used all defaults including the included VFAPIConv-EN.exe
