like a button on job queue menu that allows you to load the selected job as if it were like loading a 'saved processing settings'. this would be convenient because i queue up files to encode over night, and in the morning i sometimes want to adjust 1 of the encodes in some small way, but i have to re-do the editing and filter settings again. so it would be easier to just reload a job queue, make my changes. saving separate processing settings files for every encode becomes a hassle.
