Just use Smart Ripper to back up your DVD to HD, with the option of make the disk Multi Region On :D
Dvd Decrypter not always rip the complete dvd to HD, dunno why.. something with cracking the code i assume.

dvddecrypter can decrypt the whole movie if you tell it to, goto FILE mode and manually select whole movie.

when using Dvd Decrypter.
Select File mode.
then use Edit, and Select all.
it also removes all encryption & all regions if required.
