DVD2One and makeiteasy

Was just wondering if there is a good way to rip the DVD so that you only keep the menu and the main movie using theese tools (and ifoedit), is there?

Yes despite the billion threads on Instant copy at the momment, I am unable to download at this point myself so I am stuck and armed with only DVD2One and Ifoedit.

I am trying very dearly here to simply keep everything for now using make it easy.

However I get to step3, and well the IFO's that IFO edit creates wont read by DVD2One.

How can I overcome this??
