Getting the best out of CCE - What FPS to use in ChapterXtractor ?

In the Doom9 guide "Getting the best out of CCE" there is reference to using ChapterXtractor to create the chapter list. In this section is the sentence "In case you have an NTSC title don't forget to change the FPS rate in ChapterXtractor to 23976".

Does this mean that if I am working with a NTSC title I should change the FPS to 23976?

How do I determine what FPS to use in chapterXtractor?

it's the same FPS your input for CCE has.

25000 for PAL
23976 for NTSC if you're performing IVTC or have activated Force Film in DVD2AVI
29970 for NTSC without any of the above
