Merging with TMPGEnc (annoying *blip* sound)

I've got an annoying *blip* sound between two clips(SVCD) which I've just merged with TMPGEnc. Is there a way to correct this "error"?

By the way, are there any other programs around that can merge SVCD/DVD video clips without quality loss? (Erm, sure there are but I'm looking for the good ones :D)

I'm having the same problem when merging mpegs in Tmpgenc...

Usually, the bleep/squeek sound in a VCD/SVCD file, is a corrupted audio spot. Which means, trying to merge them in TMPGEnc is causing a corruption. I'd probably find another program to merge them with. I know there are others people like. Maybe do a search for merging.

i once asked the same question a while back, someone just told me to silence the audio part where it accure, before i merged the files together, it worked.
