Loads of calculators for CBR... what about AC3?
How can I do it?

Hi and welcome to the forum.

Gordian Knot will do it easily. You can find it at the top of the downloads area of this site. Just get the RipPack. If you also want to use it as a front end for your encoding, then you'll need the SystemPack also.
