What do i use for splitting my vob file?

I need to split my vob files into the VTS_01_x.VOB files with an appropriate size, how do i do that?

you can use chopperXP or mpeg2cut for that purpose. chopperXP is rather buggy.

i was searching threads of mpeg2cut and only found 4,
and seems to me that is the best for my question:

i want extract ac3 from vobs
using "save selection" in mpeg2cut 1.14 .

i don't want all vob,only a few minuts,and don't know what
program can i use to extract the ac3.

first of all you have to split vo b - use chopper XP. Then use DVD2AvI to extract ac3.
