Well, added DVD2ONE to this util, did Shrek and it worked out fine, no probs. Will add-in a compressor to see if it hits the target-size correctly. Start to finish took about 50 mins excl. burning time.

Looks like a great app
But My DVD Setup isnt not on the internet PC.
When can we expect a shareware beta?
Can that be a priority on the to do list first?

Can you use this app to set the output filesize? If so, it it great! Does it transcode (like DVD2One) or does it do any re-encoding?

CCE support is the next step, you should have reliable information about what mode is the better: encoding or compressing, depending of the % ratio needed.

so far it wont detect my dvd-roms or burner, or even a dvd mounted image with Daemon Tools. Would like an option, to choose which drive to use.

Well that works good now. Thanks. The new problem is its not detecting DVD2One. You may want to consider giving us the option to point where the encoder is located.

another bug i've noticed, is that when DVDBot first loads up theres a heading entitled "DVDBot 0.9a" with a white box underneathe it. I noticed that if i put my mouse inside there, the icon changes on the mouse, to that of a weblink when its hovering a link. So i click one it and then it displays a Settings button, and a pop up box for that. It looks hidden on my system until i click it. if i minimize DVDBot, and maximize it again, the buttons disappear again.

jvc7845,
It didn't find my burner also. By the way, since you're are DVDbot member, anyway of putting the version number on the title bar on the GUI? I can't tell what version?

version is indicated in the groupbox "dvdbot 0.91" around the 3 buttons on the main window
