OGM for MacOS? [Archive]

Since Tobias joined Xiph, I wanted to ask what will happen to OGM? Any progress?

What about support for MacOS? I mean, Ogg Vorbis is supported there as well as DivX, but what about the mix of both, OGM??

You can play OGM with VideoLAN Client or Mplayer.

Nobody knows. They were supposed to put the source for Tobias' work into the Xiph CVS, but it never appeared. There was mention that when the came out with the official version of OGG that contained audio AND video, that they would make the filters backwards compatible. But so far, nothing has happenned, at least nothing that can be seen from outside of Xiph.
