After I had ripped some DVD's onto my Hard Drive, I felt my Title, ChangeCD, and LastCD pictures were kind of ugly, so I decided I wanted to remove them. I edited my .bin file with a .bin editor. WinISO (http://www.winiso.com) or DirectISO (http://www.directiso.com/) will do the trick. You open the .bin file and remove the .mpg file(s) in the SEGMENT directory.
If the movie is already on the CD, you can make an bin/cue with CDRWin (http://www.goldenhawk.com/) and then follow the steps above. Then just recopy it.
You could also remake new pictures and re-insert them with the .bin editor. I'm not sure how to remake the pics into .mpg though. I'm sure someone here can help with that =].
I hope this is not a repost or something, but I thought I would share some stuff I found out.
