i've always used dvd2svcd to create my svcd, but today i went to copy some svcd to vhs for my friends and i noticed that with some svcd everything goes ok and for some others the vhs make some strange noise and do ONE of the following thing
1) stop recoding
2) loose the vsynch and hsynch or the signal with good audio
3) deteriorate audio with black video or deteriorated video quality
It looks like a sort of macrovision... does anyone knows how to get rid of it or if really dvd2svcd apply a sort of copy protection ?
i'd really like to copy theese svcd on vhs. I've a philips dvd 722 with lastest firmware on board.
thanks

DVD2SVCD removes all protection. It does _not_ add any protection at all.
