avi2vcd batch encode?

hi. i've searched batch in the search but all i coudl find was how to do it with dvd rips, (selecct rip only). but when converting from avi this option is shaded out, so is it possible to batch encode when using avi's?

please do search before you post. I have a hard time believing you searched before posting this because like LdSr said, the answer to this was very very easy to find.
