Well, I've got a possible work around. I've had success with two DVDs that gave me the encrypted data error before. This adds some extra work to the process, but these are DVDs that I've tried many different ways and had no success. Also, this is the way it worked for me so I'm not going to monkey with it too much...it may very well be that certain steps do not have to be taken. Experiment as you will =)
First: Rip the entire disk using Smartripper in File Mode - default settings.
2nd: Load IFOs into IFOedit and remove p-ups ect. Then get VTS to create new IFOs.
3rd: Create an Image of the ripped files with IFOedit/IMGtools.
4th: Mount the Image using DaemonTools.
5th: Run DVD2ONE on the mounted image.
6th: Wait.
7th: Breathe a sigh of relief as you realize the msg from DVD2ONE is about being complete - not an encrypted data error.
=)
Let me know if it works for anyone else.
