What about when menus r inside main mouvie?

I have to report something that came out lately at least in Greece.

I came across DVDs that had the menu navigation inside the video stream as a number of pgcs.

As u can understand this is quite complicated to backup since a menu contains subs and buttons and commands to go here and there.

I reauthored it and got over the problem but I thought it would be nice to hear opinions as to the way u would have tried to solve this.

I understand that the clues r limited so I will try to describe the structure.

pgc 1 Episode1
pgc 2 Episode 2
pgc 3 Still Menu 1 all up until pgc 8
pgc 9 Motion Menu 1
pgc 10 Episode 3

The dvd is The Life of Birds. Originated from BBC although I believe the authoring to this particular title was made here in Greece.

I'm not sure what to do with the menus inside the main VTS stream.
