DVD compliant MPEG authoring on DVD

Hi,

I captured my home video and converted it into DVD compliant MPEG file. Now, when I try burning a DVD with Sonic MyDVD, it re-encodes it and screws up the quality that I got from TMPGEnc.

Is there an authoring program which directly imports MPEG file or at least audio/video streams and creates a DVD file structure without re-encoding the file or streams?

I know IFOEdit does it but it doesn't have menus etc.

Unnecessary re-encoding seems to be a problem with a number of the $100 or less packages...MyDVD, Pinnacle Express/Expression.

I've had quite a bit of luck, and am very happy with, Dazzle's DVD Complete Deluxe Edition. It has very fast encodes (only when necessary) and quite a bit of flexibility and automation. It's on the high end of the under $100 spectrum. Another program that I like is Ulead's DVD MovieFactory 2.0 (especially if you have VideoStudio 6). And it is around $50.
