Question 1:
I have two DivX-AVI-Files with the same Movie in it, but in different languages, the movies differ a little bit cause of different sources.
The 1st AVI-File is in english without credits the other one is in german with credits. Both are in PAL.
I want to pick the better-quality video-stream and both audio-streams getting a dual-language-DivX-Movie out of it.
How do I make sure that the audio of both audio-streams are in sync with the video ?
Is there a software to see the video and place the audio-streams in sync ?
Question 2:
What happens if one source is 24 or 29 frames/sec (NTSC) and the other in 25/sec (PAL) ?
How do I handle these kinda formats to get a dual-language divx-movie in sync ?
Greetings
