Audio out of synch when reauthoring multi-pgc extras VOBs

Basically the VOBs that contain behind the scenes, trailers, etc. I usually get rid of this since most of the time they don't contain anything of much interest but when I do want to I run into the problem that the audio gets way out of synch when I reauthor in Maestro. I'm using the playlist option which works perfectly with movies but the extras VOBs are always getting out of synch. I sometimes go for ReMPEG but since the files are sometimes to big I would have to sacrifice way to much quality. Any tips on this are appreciated.

Sounds like a drop-frame problem. Usually is. Though I can't tell you specifics because I do not use Maestro for complex titles. Actually, I hardly use it at all anymore. ;)
