probelm with dvdplay button - picture added

hi to you all,
i have a problem in using the dvdplay button , every time i press it the ifoedit is crushing back to windows and i cant watch the movies i tried to backup.

with original movies from the store there is no problem he play them
now , i red somewhere in the forum that it could be a resoulution problem but i dont think its the case here because the original movies are playing.
on more thing , of course it could mean that there is a problem with my backup movie but i tried to play movies that already came out well in the burning and the same is happening there.

sorry , for some reason my picture isnt uploaded .
so ill try to describe it, after i press the button a windows appear that says:
*no valid dvd-video volume could be located.
*the video decoder doesnt produce closed caption data.

do you still want to continue ? yes - no
after i press the yes button two windows open the upper one which is the bigger where the movie is playing when i insert original dvd but now he is all white.
and the bottom windows where the taskbar is , but he all in grey without any button or anything , a box of grey.
and then a popup windows of crushing which sure you familiar with in other programs :
ifoedit has encountered a problem and needs to close.
we are sorry for the bla bla bla.
and then of course the send error report or dont send.

has this been sorted , thought it may be win xp sp1 problem with ifoedit and has not been solved ???
