LAME in Gknot

Which Lame codec is installed with Gknot Rippack?
I have the 3.92, should I copy/paste it in the Gknot DIR?
I use these settings for LAME:
-b 256 -m s -q 0 --lowpass 19.5
Are they good?

I've already v3.93 installed (http://lame.sourceforge.net/). You can replace the existing lame files with the files you downloaded.

I usually mux the original ac3 soundtrack with the divx movie. But if I use mp3, I use preferably "--alt-preset 160" if size allows it or otherwise "--alt-preset 128". Pretty much the same as is suggested in the guide (http://www.doom9.org/gknot-divx5.htm).
