make a movie region free with ifoedit?

i read a post quering that "how do i know if smart ripper really takes the macrovision away"
the answer was "if unsure then use IFOEDIT"

but my question is HOW?

ive played with ifoedit and honestly i dont really understand it,ive opened lots of ifos with it and its just a big maze for me

could some1 shine some light on it for me plz

How could you miss it? Look in your IFoedit buttons at the bottom. There is a "Region Free" button right above "hexedit" button. It will be enabled whenever you select and open a IFO. Press Region Free on open IFO. You will be presented with a message that tells you that RCE is found or no found. If found, then just press OK button and save your IFO. Do this for all your IFOs to check if they still have protection in them.

VIDEO_TS.IFO or VTS_01_0.IFO i use it on?

Use it on all, you don't want any IFO with region code commands.
