There are some people who just want to have the bonus materials on a seperate DVD. Here's a way to do it.

Note: This guide ASSUMES that your movie's IFO is VTS_01_0.IFO. If your actual movie IFO is different then substitute your IFO into guide

1. Rip everything to harddrive

2. Region Free and save IFO if RCE is detected.

3. As a precaution, backup all your IFOs to a separate folder in case you mess up in editing. We can copy them back and then Get VTS Sectors.

Note: In this second guide below, use the blank cell VOBID and CellID to just blank out your movie's PGC only. The other PGCs in your movie's titleset may contain wanted extras.

5. In VIDEO_TS.IFO / VMGM_MAT / First Play PGC / PGC Command Table / Pre-commands , edit pre command #1 as follows. Right-click and select (JumpSS VTSM).
1.Pre Command (JumpSS VTSM) Jump to TitleSet(vts): 1, Title(ttn): 1,root-menu

6. Save VIDEO_TS.IFO

7. In VTS_01_0.IFO / VMG Overview / Menu Language Unit [ ] , view only your menu that have (uses VOB-Ids: #) on the same line. You can do that by double-left clicking on the menu line and your VOB Preview window will hopefully present you what that VOB-ID contains.
If you find that you may not be able to view the VOB-ID, two alternatives for viewing is DVD2AVI and Vobrator. These are freewares that are available on Doom9’s download section. By preference, DVD2AVI would be my next choice.
Most of the time, viewing with IFOedit works. What you need to do first if your not experienced enough in knowing what your menus look like. It would be good practice to play your DVD and try to remember or write down the description of your menus. In your case, we need to find out what the main page of our Bonus Materials looks like so that we can find it using IFOedit.
When you do find your main page of your Bonus Materials, write down the PGC Menu # that resides on the same line. We'll need it for the next step.
Note: All Video Title Set (VTS) PGC-menu commands located in Language Menu Unit sections, will be found in your VTS_*_0.IFO/VTSM_PGCI_UT directory.

8. Let's just assume that you definitely found your bonus material main page and it’s in PGC-Menu_5.
Go to your VTS_1_0.IFO / VTSM_PGCI_UT / PGC-Menu_1 / PGC Command Table / Pre commands. Edit first pre-command as follows. Right-click to change command.
(LinkPGCN) Link PGC 5
Note: See example below. PGC-Menu_1 will always be your root menu. That’s normally the first place that navigation starts when it jumps to the Title set Menus. Of course, if we can jump to any menu directly if it is not configured as [entry only].
Example:
Language Menu Unit 1: [English]
Menu 1: [Root-Menu]........(entry PGC) (Programs: 1) (Cells: 1) (uses VOB-IDs: 1)
Menu 2: [entry only]...................(Programs: 1) (Cells: 1) (uses VOB-IDs: 2)

Translation of edit: When PGC-Menu_1 is accessed, the first pre-command will execute. It will immediately make a navigation jump to your Bonus Material’s main page. Upon DVD insert, your Bonus Materials show first.

12. Burn DVD. I normally used Imgtool 0.95, with reallocation unchecked, along with Nero 5.5.17.9. Burn what works for you.
