Hey guys! how can you get the original colors of a subtitle IF...

Hey guys! how can you get the original colors of a subtitle IF I don't have the originial IFO file. I have ripped a movie to my HHD and then I used ifoedit to create the ifo file but the subs are green. I don't have the movie anymore to get the original ifo. Please help!
