Humm. this makes a viuolation of rule 10 as well :(

The answer is simple btw.:

- enable DMA access for your cdrom drive
- or copy the file to HD before watching it.

Sorry for violence rules
DMA is enable
Problem is only with my film,o thers playing OK.

Try using AVImux to mux the video with audio instead of NanDub. It solves _alot_ of CD playback issues most of the time.

Keep in mind if you are using AVI as a container that no amount of preloading or interleave will propperly correct problems incured by interleaving VBR audio in AVI for all systems. AVI "CAN NOT" handle VBR audio period. VBR audio breaks the only timing method built in to AVI.
