Hello:
I am trying to use MPEG scissors V 1.2.06 to cut Mpeg file which were created from DVD to SVCD.
When i lanch the program , i am suppose to see the preview of the video but there is no video.

The audio wroks...

I computer has windows XP.

Any thoughts please..

Is there any other good program can cut and join MPEG2 files????????

MPEG scissors V 1.2.06

When i install the MPEG2 codecs, It fixed all the trouble with MPEG scissors V 1.2.06 and several other programs.

Now i can preview the video well.
