Really slow encodes in CCE.. 0.11

Hello

I'm using the following way when I am encoding:
MPEG2 file => DVD2AVI > TMPGEnc > VFAPI > CCE (latest version).
And it's running REALLY slow...
I am running AMD Athlon XP 1800+ with 256MB RAM... Any ideas why it's running so slow?

Bud's of mine is using the same settings in tmpgenc, and they run at 0.9X and higher..

Wtf can be wrong?
Any help is appreciated!

Any particular reason you are frameserving with TmpGen?

Try AviSynth... you will get far better performance.
