CCE 2.66 Demo

I have the demo for CEE (version 2.66) and when I attempt to do a vbr 2 pass encoding to a CVD format the process will stop when it reaches 49% on the 2nd pass. I'm frameserving thru VirtualDUB (resizing to 352x480 and no other filters). I've tried this on my two AMD computers (XP 1800 and 900mhz) and I get the same results. Tmpgenc though works fine.

I just want to compare encoding times on my computers CCE vs Tmpgenc.

Any thoughts ?
