Does anyone knows of a bitrate analyzer that tells you exactly how much to put in (VBR MAX,AVG,MIN) in CCE? I'm looking something like dvd2dvr has. I use dvd2svcd to reencode my movies because I use frame selection to cut the end credits.:confused:
