Bin/Cue build 2nd cd problem

This is a new problem Ive had since installing the latest DVD2SVCD, the Bin/Cue file for the first cd is built fine, the file size and chapters are correct and everything else. But the second cd ends at about 300 mb, even though the muxed mpg for that cd is the correct ~800 mb and includes all the video, like credits. I dont get any errors or anything, it says its done succesfully.

Its not an extreme problem, as I can still burn the first cd normally and then burn the 2nd mpg in svcd format with nero. But I lose the dvd chapters. I dont know if this is a possible bug, but I would like to know how i can fix this

If needed, i can post the log file, however I dont know if it would help as it shows no errors

The might still be helpful. Since it shows version number and other info.
If you need to you can make new Bin/Cue files with chapters with VCDEasy or TSCV.
