Well what i want to do is, i have a couple anime episodes[.avi] and when i encoding the video to dvd-r, it cuts 10% off on the horizontal and vertical of the episode. Im wondering is theres a way or a program that can at a 10% frame to the video so when i encode the .avi, it'll cut out the frame and leave the video looking perfect.

Thx for any help

Hey thx for the tip by using avisynth, but all i can get it to do.using that program is to crop the image and resize it, but i can't get it to add a bars to the avi. When i try to add bars, the bars go over the movie image....
Can some tell me a method by using avisynth, to get it to add the bars?
thx

i think you want to resize it smaller, then add bars, but check the avisynth forum for specific commands.
