Chapter Import Problem with Maestro and LOTR

I used CCE to shrink the main movie in LOTR part 1 last night and had a problem of importing the chapters (extracted with Chapterxtractor).

The first 12 chapters came across but were all over the place (not at correct location) the reaminder did not come across. I manually added the chapter points and it all worked fine. I was trying to do a full conversion from DVD9 to DVD5.

Any ideas?? I'm completely new to Maestro but have been following the guides and mostly its gone pretty well.

did you save the chapter points as CCE, and did you save the cce file as an **.ecl then paste the chapter points in to that file via notepad and re-save , then load the file and re-encode ,also did you save the chapter points for maestro as **.chp:)
