really strange white stripe appears!!

hello everybody!

i've just formatted my pc and had this weird problem when capturing from my vcr (see the attached image).
this white stripe appears no matter the size or codec i choose.
can anyone help me here?
my capture card is an asus v6600 deluxe and i'm using wdm drivers version 1.16 under winxp sp1.

Try to change PCI slot (it's may be à DMA transfert problem)
