adding chapter points to cce ecl file

When using dvd2svcd to convert dvd to dvdr is there any way to automatically insert the chapter points into the ecl file when encoding ?
I know how to do it manually but that defeats the object of using dvd2svcd.
I author using maestro and use chapter xtractor to get the chapters list but obviously after re-encoding the chapters now do not match

nm, figured it out.
Chapters didnt line up because of incorrect cce timecode setting.
Fixed by changing option in latest dvd2svcd build to 00:00:00:00 instead of 01:00:00:00
