When the Smartripper encounters a damaged area of a DVD, it pops up with a dialog box saying something like "Sector Read Error (nnnnnnnn)" and has 3 buttons: abort, retry and ignore. Also the retry count is set at 25. I wish it had a 4th button: Ignore All and be able to change the retry count in the setup. If this DVD had say 30 consecutive bad sectors, it seems to take forever to manually ignore the 30 sectors. I don't care if the final movie has a glitch at this point, I just want to be able rip faster in this type of situation.

Of course you could just use DVD Decrypter, it already has that functionality.

That said, you SHOULD care about read errors. If you get one, the disc is duff. Return it and get another one.
