Matrices for CCE

Sometime ago I found a thread that had matrices for CCE that you copied and pasted into notepad then changed the extension to reg and after clicking that file the matrices were incorporated into CCE.
I have done numerous searches on this site using all concievable fields and for the life of me I cannot come up again with that thread. Can anyone give me a link to the thread I'm looking for...please...:)

you just had to remember who posted it, and the first line in every registry script file.
