PROMO problem - with spiderman

Hi this is a very n00bish problem i think.

i ripped the spiderman movie and so i now have a few .vob files on my HDD and they all work fine. I then chucked them into a VIDEO_TS folder and used ifoedit to create new ifo files for the movie.

i did this exact same process with the movie "Go" and it worked perfectly.

however-> when i goto priassi promo dvd burning program, select data disc, and select the VIDEO_TS folder it wont burn. instead it will say "Terminated with errors" and eject the disc. it is not specific at all about any type of problem. all it says is "terminated with errors" When i open the file in ifoedit and select dvd play the entire movie can be played off my hard drive fine.

On a different note does anyone know a way to work around the TMPG 30 day trial part?? cos the program is good but me poor.

you said you wanted to burn it in data mode? why don't you use movie mode... well probably i'm wrong with this assumption since i do not have a DVD burner therefore no experience using them. anyway, you might want to try nero to burn your DVDs, it seems to me that most people use it to burn their dvds. you can find a trial version @ http://www.ahead.com

did you get vts sectors after you created the ifo's,
