im trying to keep as much picture quality as possible in my tv caps. my caps are 720x480 (29.97fps) which i resize down to 512x384. im trying to determine my best route for deinterlacing and keeping the most quality..
ive seen a few different interlacing settings in vdub.. ive played w/ most all of them but am not sure which is best for quality..
(from the settings ive seen: )
Should i add a de-interlace filter (like blend) or one of the others (if so which)?
When i resize should i check the "Interlace" box?
In xvids configuration settings under Global, should i check the box "Enable interlacing"?
^ should i do one (or some mix) of these settings or try something different?
Thanks
