Problem Backing-up Bourne Identity

I'm trying to backup Bourne Identity but everytime it gets to 57% it blows up(stops ripping) and generates errors. The DVD plays fine and is brand new. I use the default settings in DVD decrypter 3.1.4.0. Any suggestions?.

Might it not be sensible to actually tell us (me) what the error is?!

I had no trouble using DVD Decrypter with Bourne, but I used file mode.

i just backed up bourne identity yesterday and had no problem ripping it. maybe bad disc? i had 1 of the " 24 " discs play fine but " stick " at the same point every time i tried to rip it. sent it back to netflix for a replacement and had no problem.
