Error access violation when encoding vídeo... What can I do?

The last error message "EAccessViolation Access violation at address 005ABA1D in module 'dvd2svcd.exe'. Write of address 0000031C" appears right when u choose GO right ? Well I get the same error message cant use the new version at all even with out external subtitles.

with new build 1.1.1b1 get following error "access violation at address 005ABA1D in module dvd2svcd.exe" - happens when doing avi to svcd as soon as i press the go button.

Had to revert to previous build. tried this prog on 2 different m/c's - still get same problem..:confused:

Sorry about that. Both problems is fixed and I will release it shortly.

DVD2SVCD, thanks for the new build. I'm not in the AVI business so for me it works just fine. What I really like in the new build is the hidden Cancel button in CCE (I got bitten by it before!). However, it doesn't work perfectly yet... that is, when CCE's progress dialog appears, it's still visible although not "click-able". It only really disappears when I move another window on top of it and then bring CCE back to top. Probably something beyond your control, but I thought I'd report it anyway. I'm running XP Pro SP1.

Hi Dvd2svcd

first thanx for your superb program

but with the new build 2 i have still the same problem as above i am running windows xp whitout sp1 the problem only occurs when i insert subtitles an not with every avi what can i do ???

I doubt that it is _the_ same error as above! Mail me the subtitle file which fails to dvd2svcd@notrace.dk

I still get that error.
It makes the sub's bmp but not the Textsub.txt
