which software can turn avi to 120fps?

If you have a 24fps source, make an avisynth script like this:

AviSource("blabla.avi")
SelectEvery(1,1,1,1,1,1)

and with a 30fps source you need this:

AviSource("blabla.avi")
SelectEvery(1,1,1,1,1)

If for some reason your video is flipped, add ConvertToYUY2()
