I download the trial version of DVD2One yesterday. I am having a problem making a DVD to work on my standalone player. I created a directory called VIDEO_TS and put all the files in that directory. I then used Veritas Record Now to make a data DVD. When I put the disk in my computer it works fine. When I put the disk in any of my standalone DVD players I get a message that the DVD can’t be played. All of my players play DVD-R so I don’t know what I’m doing wrong. Does anyone have any thoughts on what I should try next?
Thanks
Frank

This is a question you should probably ask their technical support department. You would probably get a faster response as many of the people here in the "DVD Authoring" forum do not use this software.

Try to add the AUDIO_TS folder to your DVD structure.
@trilight : hey trilight, you don't really like these "movie only" tools, do you :p

Nope. Sure don't. ;) As for "AUDIO_TS", it won't make a difference. The folder is only for DVD-A compilations. In fact, you'll find many of the DVD movie's you get now do not even have this folder on them.

Record now has a default of not closing the disc. You have to check this every time you write. I created a default project and just change the title of the disc to make sure the settings are correct each time. This might be your problem.
